I chose this apartment for my corporate offsite because it provided ironing facilities, which were essential for my work attire. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities. The location was excellent, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. my experience was positive and the facilities met my needs.

The only service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. It would have been helpful to have a stable internet connection for conducting online meetings and working remotely.

I recently stayed in a 3-bedroom penthouse at North Beach Heights and it was a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the town center. The view from the lounge and master bedroom was absolutely beautiful, overlooking the beach. The master bedroom itself was spacious and had a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The facilities in the penthouse were top-notch, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and even board games and a Wii for entertainment. I couldn't fault the cleanliness and tidiness of the main areas, and overall, the location and facilities were excellent.

I must say, the only disappointment was the view from the penthouse. The windows were never cleaned, which really spoiled the whole experience.

I keep coming back because they helped with my old parents. This place suits me perfectly. They have Wi-Fi, cookware, and no pets allowed. I will be back for another city trip.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of the town center and within easy walking distance of everything, including some fantastic restaurants. The fact that we could also walk to the Great Smokey Mountains railroad was a huge plus. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff, particularly Mark and Sandi, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure we had a fantastic time during our stay.

The third bedroom didn't have a wardrobe, which would have been helpful for storing clothes. some of the mattresses in the apartment were in need of replacement, as they were not very comfortable.
